Duckboard lock is our most durable and UV compliant Pvc interlocking drainage tile. It is a square tile which is 16mm thick and its width and length is 450mm making it a square tile with round 10mm diameter holes which allows for full water drainage and allows debris to pass through and remains completely free of water/moisture and debris or any dirt. Machine shops or lathe areas where iron chips and iron filings are produced, they will need to fall through the round holes so they do not hurt exposed feet and hands

Our Duckboard lock is primarily made of Pvc thermoplastic material and has been called by many names in the matting and rubber industry. Some quarters call it drainage mat, some call it duck lock and some simply call it duck board. It is one of the mats that provides increased safety when it comes to areas that requires non-slipping hence mostly used in wet areas to provide that non-slip safety grip.

This type of tile is extremely durable and has high absorption impact properties because of the Pvc thermoplastic rubber compound that it is made from. This is one of our latest product we are manufacturing which has an improved interlocking system that is better than any other provided in the market so far, thanks to our research and development department. This Duckboard lock is made from superior A-grade Virgin thermoplastic rubber compound under exact quality standard which is SABS approved and certified.
